Pricing:

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Master card, American Express and Discover cards.

Fee Structure:

Payments for sessions and classes are due in advance.

Sessions and classes may be purchased individually or at a reduced rate in packages.

Packages can be “shared” by spouse or children.

Packages can not be transferred to another person.

Packages can be put “on hold” due to illness or injury by request.

Privates/Duets:

All private and duet sessions are by appointment only and can be scheduled via e-mail, phone or in person at the studio. Once your appointment time is reserved, you must cancel within 24 hours of your appointment start time to avoid a systematic charge for the session.

Group Reformer and Group Fitness:

All classes require an on-line reservation. Reservations can be done any time up to the class start time if space is available.

If you need to cancel your class reservation:

Group Reformer classes – you must cancel within 24 hours of the class start time to avoid a systematic charge

Group Fitness classes – you must cancel within 12 hours of the class start time to avoid a systematic charge

Promotions:

The 2 for 1 intro deal is for new clients only that live within a 25 mile radius of the studio only and can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion.

8:00am – 11:30am (Scheduled Classes)
6:45am – 5pm (By Appointment)
6pm to 8pm (Scheduled Classes & By Appointment)

Saturdays
9;30am – 12pm (Scheduled Classes)
9:30am – 2pm (By Appointment)

Sundays
11am – 3:00pm – 3pm (By Appointment)
