This offer is for new clients that have never done Pilates Reformer; you will be introduced to the principles of Pilates, proper breathing, pelvic positions etc. and introduce you to the Reformer machine.

Pilates Reformer/Tower Pod

You will get a full body workout with personal attention. Our focus is on alignment, posture, balance and core strength.

Commit for 8 weeks; same day/time. Our Pods have 3-4 people. Pod never gets canceled. 1 person cancels, class is on, 2 people cancel, the 3rd person gets a 30 minute private. You can also opt to upgrade to a full private. You can make up missed classes up to 12 weeks from the start of a Pod. Pods are recurring and auto renew. You can cancel your auto renew at an time.

If your schedule does not allow you to commit to an 8 week Pod. You can drop in wherever there are openings on the schedule.

You can join multiple Pods. We need a minimum of 3 people to start a Pod. If there are no openings in our active Pods that fit your schedule. We will do our best to start a new Pod for you.

Mat Pilates Fusion Classes; Virtual and In-person

Our classes use the principles of Pilates for a full body workout. The first half is focused on upper using 1-5 pound hand weights, resistance bands, small ball, magic circle and foam roller. The second half is focused on traditional mat exercises on core strength, legs and abdominals. Our focus is on alignment, posture, balance and core strength.
