Suspension Training is a unique and proprietary collection of body weight exercise movements that use the student’s hands or feet to suspend the body from a single anchored point while the opposite end of the body is in contact with the ground. This single-point attachment and suspension provides the ideal mix of support and mobility to train strength, endurance, balance, coordination, power and core stability all at once. In addition to offering a range of intense movements targeting the abdominals specifically, significant core strengthening is integrated into each back, shoulder, chest, hip and leg exercise as well. Training on the TRX is “all core, all the time”.

This is a Mat Pilates based class designed to strengthen your core, elongate your muscles and improve your posture. Some exercises will be enhanced by using TRX suspension training. Combining traditional Using TRX to do Mat Pilates exercises with will take your core to a new level.
This is a Barre-inspired workout designed to sculpt and tone your muscles while burning calories and increasing your muscle endurance. We follow the same order and structure of a traditional Barre class. Participants can choose to do the exercises on the Barre or on TRX. Combining traditional Barre exercises with TRX suspension training will take your workout to a new level.
