Ally Wolfe: Pilates Reformer and Barre Instructor
Ally is a mindful Pilates Instructor, who teaches with enthusiasm and encouragement. She received her Pilates Certification based on the Fletcher Method in 2002 which, in addition to classic Pilates, adds additional exercises that are more “dance based”. Ally combines proper breathing technique with a variety of exercises to develop core and body strength, stability, balance, spinal alignment, and total body awareness. Ally prides herself on helping clients recognize their self-perceived limitations, and works to inspire change and create wellness in their lives. Her compassion comes from a place of personal experience. Ally is a back surgery survivor, and knows first hand how pain and physical limitation, can cause depression and despair; and how Pilates can help re-claim your life! Ally has a background in dance and a BFA in Theater/Arts and Film. Her motto: “Work hard – laugh always!” Ally is also a certified TRX Suspension training instructor.
Amy McCall: Pilates Reformer and Zumba Instructor
Amy began studying Pilates with Joseph Pilates’ protégé Carola Trier. After experiencing the amazing benefits of the work and how it rehabilitated an ankle injury, Amy knew it was something she wanted to share with others. Amy is trained in STOTT Pilates Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Chair and Injuries and Special Populations and is a licensed Pilates for Buff Bones® Instructor. She is also certified in Wharton AIS Flexibility, Managed Fitness’ Barre, is a licensed Zumba® instructor in many specialties and holds a BFA in Dance. She has worked with a variety of clients from teens to octogenarians, dancers to golfers, as well as those recovering from injury or with other medical conditions. She enjoys anatomy and studies it in her spare time. Amy brings her passion for movement and helping others retain and (re)gain strength along with her eye for detail while incorporating the Pilates Method throughout her work.
Toni LoGiudice: Pilates Reformer, Barre Instructor and TRX Instructor
After taking Barre classes for three years, and witnessing firsthand how this method improved her strength, flexibility and overall body fitness, Toni decided to obtain her Barre Certification so she can share the benefits of this workout with others . “What I enjoy most about this work out is that anybody can do it regardless of fitness level. Whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level you always have the ability to continually challenge yourself” Toni is also a Take Shape for Life Health coach. Toni is also a certified TRX Suspension training instructor.
Melanie Scheer: Pilates Reformer and Barre Instructor
Melanie is a certified in Pilates Reformer and Mat Pilates instructor living and teaching Pilates primarily in New York City. She received her Mat training from the Kane School of Core Integration in New York City. She received her Pilates Reformer Instructor from (PAI). She brings the newest trends and innovations from the city to Managed Fitness.
Rebecca Noerr, Pilates Reformer Instructor and TRX Instructor
Rebecca has been in the fitness industry since 2001 and her goal is to encourage fitness as a fun, safe and personally rewarding pastime. She trains a variety of clients, athletes, sports specific (golf and tennis), reconditioning and seniors all to develop core strength, increased flexibility and overall developed fitness levels based on clients objectives and requirements. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the Aerobics & Fitness Assoc. of America since 2005, Group Fitness Instructor (2000), certified by the American Council of Exercise. She is also a certified Mat Pilates Instructor (2004), Pilates Reformer/Tower & Chair Instructor (2007) Powerhouse Pilates (PHI). Rebecca is also a TSFL health coach. She received her Bachelor of Science from Drexel University and worked in NYC’s fashion Industry for 10 years before entering the fitness industry.
Joan Stefans: Pilates Reformer, Barre & TRX Instructor
Joan is a certified Pilates Reformer instructor via PAI. She is also certified in XTend Barre which blends the Pilates philosophy with the discipline of dance/ballet. Joan is a certified TSFL health coach through COPE (Center for Obesity Prevention & Education). Other certifications include Personal Training via ACE, Zumba, TRX Suspension Training and AEA for aquatic exercise. Regardless of what modality you choose, Joan will strive to educate you to form healthy, realistic goals and to celebrate the process of reaching those goals.
Kim Moriak: Barre Instructor and TRX Instructor
Kim began teaching fitness classes during college years. Once she was introduced to Barre, she saw the amazing results and decided that she wanted to share this workout with others. She received her Barre certification with Managed Fitness in 2013. Understanding the importance of a healthy lifestyle, Kim has put her health and well being a priority in her and her family’s life. Sharing this commitment with others and helping them reach their goals is important to Kim. Kim is also a certified TRX Suspension training instructor.
